Etalon 2

Etalon 2 multifunctional residential building is the natural and larger-scale continuation of the successful Etalon project. The two buildings are located next to each other and stand out for their modern architectural vision and quality construction. Etalon 2 consists of 4 residential sections, in which there is a total of 126 flats (one-room, two-room and three-room), basement with 90 parking spaces, 8 underground garages and 8 storage rooms, and on the ground floor there are 14 single and 3 double garages, as well as 9 commercial premises. Again, we rely on high-quality building materials such as 25 cm ceramic blocks for the external walls and 12 cm for the internal walls, with the highest class of noise and heat insulation, 10 cm external heat insulation system, 5-chamber window joinery with French windows and high-emission “Four seasons” glass in dark gray colour, matching the facades of the buildings.
